'Milk And Honey' Crowder Live Performance

Check out this live performance from Crowder of his song ‘Milk And Honey.’

“I’m headed to a place where the rivers flow, I’m headed to a place where the streets are gold
Oh my soul, this I know, you won’t need no money, you can’t bring your fame
Soon the day is coming when we will see His face, choirs will be singing, saints on bended knee
Angels will be dancing, we will all be free, God in all His glory as far as you can see
It’s like every day is Sunday in the land of milk and honey”

What a powerful song! And the title of this song is also the same as Crowder’s new album. The album's title, Milk and Honey, refers to the promised land in the Old Testament. The promised land is described in Exodus chapter 3 verse 8 as "a land flowing with milk and honey."

Crowder wrote the songs for this new album while he was at home during the pandemic, and he shares about how the collection of songs were a surprise to those around him.

“Nobody knew what I was up to,” Crowder said. “Normally you can kind of be doing the songs live and working through them and they develop [on the road]. By the time you’re done with it, most of your close peers have heard them. [So, Milk & Honey] was a surprise for everybody.”

And when creating the album, Crowder shared about the two words that inspired him throughout the whole process. “The two words that were in my head this whole album process were harmony and unison,” Crowder said. “And I love that those are musical terms because it looks like that’s what we could use a lot more of.”

We hope that you enjoyed listening to ‘Milk And Honey’ by Crowder today!

“Some bright morning when this life is over, I'll fly away

Quartet Performs 'It Is Well With My Soul' In 4 Different Languages

Feel the strength of the Lord as this talented quartet performs the classic song ‘It Is Well.’

This beloved hymn was written by Horatio Spafford and composed by Philip Bliss. After Horatio lost all four of his daughters, he wrote down these words as a testament to God.

The lyrics are a reminder that God is with us through the good times and the bad.

"When peace like a river, attendeth my way,
When sorrows like sea billows roll
Whatever my lot, thou hast taught me to say
It is well, it is well, with my soul”

Rooted In Christ describes themselves as “a Christian music group from the beautiful Pacific Northwest of United States, and with Ukrainian roots. However our true roots are found in Christ.”

This faith-filled quartet produces both covers and stunning original songs that ignite our hearts for the Lord.

Today, they’re performing a unique rendition of ‘It Is Well’ in four different languages including English, Spanish, Russian and Ukrainian.

Isaiah 33:2 “O LORD, be gracious to us; we have waited for you: be you their arm every morning, our salvation also in the time of trouble.”

'Then Christ Came' MercyMe Official Lyric Video

Check out the lyric video for the new song ‘Then Christ Came’ by MercyMe.

“Like a soldier with no armor in the middle of the battle, I was broken, I was broken
It was only getting darker, in the valley of the shadow, I was hopeless, I was hopeless
I never thought that I would ever see the day when every single chain would break
Or hear the voice of heaven call my name, then Christ came changing everything
He took my sin and shame away, now every song I sing will be for Him
Ever since the moment He walked in, then Christ came”

In the beginning of the lyric video, John 12:46 flashes across the screen. “I have come as a light into the world so that everyone who believes in me would not remain in darkness.” Then the lyrics to the song start to appear, and the words also show up in the shape of a flame.

‘Then Christ Came’ is a song that has been two years in the making. It was originally planned for MercyMe’s tenth album, inhale (exhale), but frontman Bart Millard and his co-writer, David Leonard, did not finish the song in time. Knowing that the song was special, Bart Millard revisited the lyrics and finished the song with Jason Ingram and Phil Wickham.

“We are just so excited with how it turned out,” Bart Millard shares. “Sometimes we over-complicate things trying to come up with new, creative ways to sing about Jesus. But the message of this song is simple in that it’s about who I was before, and then Jesus showed up, and now everything has changed. We love how it turned out and hope you like it, too!”

Many people online shared about how the song has impacted them and how important MercyMe’s music is to them.

“Well, there's my joyful tears this morning!” one person writes online. “MercyMe, you have no clue how you have impacted and stewarded my faith through your music.”

“What an incredibly powerful song,” another person comments. “MercyMe makes it incredibly tough to pick a favorite song. Thank you for always lifting my spirit with your music.”

We hope that you enjoyed listening to ‘Then Christ Came’ today!

'Good Morning Mercy' Jason Crabb Official Music Video

Check out the official music video for Jason Crabb’s new song ‘Good Morning Mercy.’

“While I was sleeping, Lord You were working on a mess I made like only I can do
When I start thinking I'm so far from You, I wake up to hear You whisper that's not true
Good morning mercy, You call me worthy, feels like the sun shining on my face
Living's good this side of grace, I feel it working, goodbye to the hurting
You woke me up put me on my way, Hallelujah it's a brand new day, good morning mercy”

What a powerful song full of so much warmth and energy! And this hope-filled song reminds listeners that God is always working things out for our good.

Jason Crabb shared a little about his process when he was starting to write this song. “I recently conducted a study reporting that people are living with more pressure in their daily lives than ever before – feeling pressure from others and from things they brought on themselves,” he says. “When we went in to write this song, we wanted to remind people that God’s got you in all of that. He promises in his word that He will give new mercies every morning.”

He continues: “I love the opening line, ‘while I was sleeping, Lord you were working, on the mess I made like only I can do.‘ I mean, who hasn’t been there!? We all have! And, we wanted the song to be fun and joyous, to encourage. It’s definitely a song you can start your day singing, ‘You woke me up, put me on my way. Hallelujah, it’s a brand new day! Good morning mercy!’ I know this song is going to bring you joy.”

We hope that you enjoyed listening to this amazing song and were reminded about how God’s mercies are new every morning!

5 A Cappella Men Of Home Free Sing “Forever and Ever, Amen”

Take a listen to the five-man A Cappella group, Home Free, as they sing “Forever and Ever, Amen,” and prepare to be moved to a wedding kind of mood!

Country music superstar Randy Travis recorded “Forever and Ever, Amen” in January of 1987. Released in March of that same year, the song became Randy Travis’s third No. 1 single on Billboard’s Hot Country Singles chart. The song was written by Paul Overstreet and Don Schlitz, and it has been played at countless wedding ceremonies and celebrations over the years.

Watch as Home Free does their own rendition of the classic, adding four extra voices to the traditionally solo song.

Adam Rupp, Rob Lundquist, Tim Foust, Austin Brown, and Adam Chance are the members of Home Free, which originated in Mankato, Minnesota, and they are lined up in that order in the video. Adam Rupp is the beatbox star, Rob and Austin are tenors, Adam Chance sings baritone, and Tim takes the lead on this song. Together, the five make perfect harmonies—like any marriage following the mantra of Mr. Travis’s perennial favorite!

The song tells the story of a man who has left behind his player ways and is now ready to settle down. He’s pledging his undying love and affection to his girl, even when in the distant future her hair turns gray; however, Tim’s expression at 1:43 would seem to indicate otherwise! He’s teasing, of course!

Home Free adds an element of earnestness to the lyrics that are already wonderfully sincere! But, don’t get any ideas—these fellas are all taken!

The song is catchy and a toe-tapper, for sure. But, it also touches the heart of every person in love, and, particularly, those starting the ultimate adventure of marriage! Home Free does the song justice!

Check out the comments below the video to get a sense of just how impactful the tune has been over the years. Then, check out the concert schedule for Home Free. An evening with them would make a great night out with your heartthrob or honey!

“Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart.” Proverbs 3:3

12-Year-Old Sings A Cappella Hymn 'How Great Thou Art'

This is a precious video of a young boy singing. The 12-year-old sings an A Cappella hymn, “How Great Thou Art.”

At the start of the video, we see young Cormac in front of a colorful blue screen. He is angelically singing one of the most classic hymns of all time. His voice is pure and innocent. He sings with such confidence and humility.

He is a precious boy. He can hit high notes effortlessly and soars. His falsetto is truly impressive.

What I love about Cormac is the way that he smiles as he sings and the intensity in his eyes. This boy is worshiping the Savior with this beautiful rendition of this hymn. It takes a lot of breath support and expertise to sing this song well and Cormac nails it.

The boy has a controlled power. His voice is a pure sweetness to the ear. If you ever heard an angel sing, I imagine the angel would sound like Cormac. This boy is an adorable worship leader in this clip.

The sweetness and vocal purity of Cormac remind us of how gentle and kind our God is with us. He loves us so much, even when He is disciplining us, He does so as a loving Father. God truly is amazing and He is beyond our thoughts.

As we reflect on His holiness through this song, may Cormac’s precious voice remind us of the goodness and the compassion of our living Savior. When was the last time you thanked God for His greatness? Take a moment now as you hear this beautiful song to worship our great God.

“Great is the LORD, and highly to be praised, And His greatness is unsearchable.” Psalm 144:3

'Then Came The Morning' Ernie Haase Signature Sound

Listen to this wonderful performance by Ernie Haase & Signature Sound of the song 'Then Came The Morning.'

“They all walked away, with nothing to say, they'd just lost their dearest friend.
All that He said, now He was dead, so this was the way it would end.
The dreams they had dreamed were not what they'd seemed,
Now that He was dead and gone. The garden, the jail, the hammer, the nail,
How could a night be so long. Then came the morning, night turned into day;
The stone was rolled away, hope rose with the dawn. Then came the morning,
Shadows vanished before the sun, death had lost and life had won, for morning had come.”

What a fantastic performance. The group starts off singing the beginning of the song in the dark, and then they step into the light as they continue with the verses. And their harmonies are out of this world!

“I always cry listening to this wonderful song and the power of the lyrics. Ernie Haase & Signature Sound do an incredible performance every time! Love y’all so much,” comments one person on YouTube after watching the music video.

Listen to this beautiful song by Matt Maher featuring Drew Holcomb called ‘My Old Friend.’

“There’s differences of opinion, differences of taste
When we talk about the world, we’re seeing different things
