“Go and see that empty tomb
He’s not there for He is risen
Every heart prepare Him room
Jesus Christ the King of Heaven”

Contemporary Christian artist Phil Wickham has been a staple in the Christian music world for decades. Over the years, this singer-songwriter has given us hits such as ‘This Is Amazing Grace’ and ‘Living Hope.’ He is a GMA Dove-winner and continues to use his God-given talent to praise His Holy Name.

Today, he’s sharing the stage with rising star Anne Wilson as they belt out the words to ‘Behold.’ This song, and more, will be featured on Phil’s Christmas album of the same name. And while this may be a holiday tune, the words are relevant all year long.

“O come let us adore Him
Come let us adore Him
For He alone is worthy
Christ the Lord”

On Instagram, Phil gushed over this special worship song. “Praying this song gives you so much hope as we head into the Christmas Season!”

What a beautiful reminder that God’s light shines down on us and He continues to bless us each and every day. Let us use these words to ring in the Christmas season and let the whole world know that our King is here!

'Carol of the Bells' Kim Collingsworth Christmas Performance

Listen to this beautiful Christmas performance of ‘Carol of the Bells’ by Kim Collingsworth.

In the video, Kim is performing her amazing arrangement of this classic Christmas song along with Bradley Knight conducting the Liberty University orchestra. The whole performance is so magical! Kim is playing on stage in front of the full orchestra with Christmas trees and lights around them adding to the festive atmosphere.

Kim is a phenomenal piano player, and it is amazing to watch her perform with so much energy and passion.

“You are amazing! You never ever hit a wrong note!” comments one person on YouTube after watching the video. “Hands guided by the Lord! Bless you Kim for your testimony and the Glory you give back to Jesus.”

“God gave Kim a talent like no other,” another person writes online. “It's so very obvious that He gave her the talent, but she took it and practiced, developed, and most importantly, gives Him all the glory.”

The song ‘Carol of the Bells’ is a Christmas classic, but it did not start out as one. The popular song with a haunting four-note melody was originally a Ukrainian folk song written as a “winter well-wishing song.” It was written in 1916 by Ukrainian composer Mykola Leontovich and titled “Shchedryk.” The song tells the tale of a swallow flying into a household to proclaim the plentiful year that the family will have. The song's title is derived from the Ukrainian word “shchedryj,” which means “bountiful.”

We hope that you enjoyed watching this Christmas performance by Kim Collingsworth of ‘Carol of the Bells’ today!

Galatians 4:4-5
But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons.

Worship our King as contemporary Christian artist Matt Redman performs his latest single, ‘The Praise Is Yours.’

“All in all, self-sufficient
So high above  but never distant
Made for Your love, fashioned from dust
You gave us breath and it was good”

Matt Redman has been a staple in the Christian music scene for decades. Over the years, he has given us beloved hits such as “Bless The Lord (10,000 Reasons)” and “Gracefully Broken.” And “Bless The Lord (10,000 Reasons)” even went on to win 2 Grammy awards and multiple Dove awards.

Today, he’s leading us in worship with the inspiring words of ‘The Praise Is Yours.’ Just listen as he belts out these incredible words live from The Mission.

“All the glory and honor
Blessing and power
Because Your name alone is worthy, worthy forever
The praise is Yours”

On Instagram, Matt remarked that most worship songs are about the current God we serve. And while those are amazing songs to sing, we should also be praising all that God has done, past and present. “There’s a call to take people into the wider story - and to worship not just the God of today, but the God of yesterday, today and forever.”

What a beautiful way to give praise to His Holy Name and let the whole world know that our King is alive and well!

Children From All Around The Globe Sing “On Top Of The World”

Enjoy a feast for the eyes and a treat for the ears with this video of children from all around the globe as they sing “On Top Of The World.” It is truly a delight!

The video begins with one young lady singing in a wheat field. The first words of the song by Imagine Dragons are as follows:

I'm on top of the world, 'ey
Waiting on this for a while now
Paying my dues to the dirt
I've been waiting to smile, 'ey

A second girl sings from a similar prairie location, where purple flowers grow. Their voices are lovely—angelic in sound and spirit. A third beauty appears on screen, but she is singing in Washington, D.C., with the Washington Monument in the background.

Next, the screen fills with the faces of five different kids singing from various locales. There is a blondie from Seattle and a cutie in glasses in Philadelphia. The handsome boy in the middle sings from a mountain range somewhere in the world, as does the little lady that soon replaces him in the soloist position.

The kids are adorable! There is a pair of siblings, a girl in a headscarf, and a few singing from the water’s edge. And, at 1:12, we see the most beautiful collection of young faces singing together in a large group from one of God’s glorious vistas!

There are young ones and teens, all dancing, bouncing, and swaying to the music. And they are on top of the world!

At 1:38, the video returns to individual singers sharing the screen. There are capitol buildings and castles, sculptures and Ferris wheels, and precious kids practicing dance moves.

The images and faces come rapidly as children from all over the world sing joyfully separately and together. The video returns to the large group before a montage presents the countries represented in the project by One Voice Children’s Choir

A part of One Voice Children, OVCC came together for One Voice International 2022, and the  finished song and video were created by mixing and merging hundreds of at-home self-recorded audio tracks. What a wonderful endeavor for the kids; the comments indicate how meaningful it was for those who participated. But, more importantly, what a wonderful gift to all those who just get to enjoy the finished product!

“I will be glad and rejoice in you; I will sing the praises of your name, O Most High.” Psalms 9:2

Josh Groban And Jennifer Hudson Sing 'The Impossible Dream' Duet

This is an incredible performance by two outstanding singers. In this video, Josh Groban and Jennifer Hudson sing, “The Impossible Dream” duet.

At the start of this video, Jennifer shares that one of her favorite songs that Josh sings is “The Impossible Dream.” Jennifer shares that she cannot have Josh sit on the couch with her and not sing together.

She requests that he will sing with her, and he agrees. They joke together, and Josh tells Jennifer that when she sings, it will be his turn to drop his mic and let her take over.

Josh begins to sing, and it is so beautiful and inspiring. After he sings, Jennifer comes in her soulful style. Josh smiles as she sings.

The two have such great singing chemistry. Their harmonies and their voices mesh impeccably well together. After they finish singing, Jennifer exclaims, “I got to sing with Josh!”

The audience cheers, and she is so happy that the two of them could sing together. Their smiles and happiness in this moment are precious. It is always fun to see adults get excited about things. There is a childlike joy about them.

Sometimes we, too, have these awe moments in life when we achieve something or are given a special opportunity. In these special times, we can praise the Lord and give Him the glory for the experience.

We can have childlike excitement over sweet moments which God gives to us in life, knowing that He is the Father who loves to give good gifts.

“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change.” James 1:17

Country Stars Sing Touching Tribute To Alan Jackson At CMA Awards

It is always sweet to witness a time of honoring the life someone has lived. In this video, country stars sing a touching tribute to Alan Jackson at CMA Awards.

At the start of this beautiful video, Carrie Underwood comes out on stage singing, “Remember When,” as the audience is silenced in this precious moment. She then shares that they are honoring Alan Jackson with the CMA Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award.

Carrie gets emotional as she shares that the first concert she ever went to was an Alan Jackson concert and how that motivated her to pursue her dreams. She shares that some of his friends are there to honor him.

Suddenly on another stage Dierks Bentley with a vibrant group singing, “Chattahoochee.” The audience sings along. Then Jon Pardi starts singing “Drive (for Daddy Gene),” and Lainey Wilson begins singing “Chasing the Neon Rainbow.” Pictures of Alan in various stages of life appear on the slideshow behind them.

Then, Alan himself shows up on the stage singing with his guitar. He sings, “Don’t Rock the Jukebox.” His voice sounds powerful as ever. All of the artists who sang tribute to him appeared next to him on the stage to present his award.

He shares his story and thanks, everyone. He says that country is real American music to him. He says that he came to Nashville with three cords and a prayer. Alan says that he has been very blessed with a great team and writers. He gives special thanks to his wife.

Watching a man get a lifetime achievement award is a wonderful experience, however, it also reminds us that all that we accomplish on this earth is to be laid down at Jesus’ feet in heaven. He ultimately deserves all the glory.

“The twenty-four elders fall down before him who is seated on the throne and worship him who lives forever and ever. They cast their crowns before the throne, saying, “Worthy are you, our Lord and God,  to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created.” Revelation 4:10-11

'The God Of His Word: Everything (Women)' Kathie Lee Gifford And The Shindellas

This is a video that gets our hearts in a worshipful state. Check out this clip, “The God of His Word: Everything (Women)” by Kathie Lee Gifford and the Sindellas.

At the start of this video, a beautiful young woman comes on the video singing Scripture that she praises God because He is her strength and her salvation. She praises God in modern-day attire in the authentic Holy Land today.

Suddenly, another stunning young woman appears and sings of her need for God, that He is her rock and how He is her Savior. She gives gratitude. A third gorgeous woman appears with her powerhouse voice as they all worship, singing glory to the name of Jesus, who washed away their shame.

This small snippet of this worship song gets anyone's heart excited about this Bible project that Kathie Lee Gifford is taking on. The videography is fantastic, and the vocalists are all amazing.

As we view the old world with the new modern day, we know that we have a history of hope because of what Jesus Christ has done for us on the cross.

This visual of these women of today being in the Holy Land is just an incredible depiction that this age-old truth is still impacting lives today and still drawing people into eternity with God.

It gives us hope for the future generations to come and reminds us that just as God’s Word has been, it will always stand the test of time. We know that His message of the gospel is forever, and His sacrifice is for all. Whoever believes in Jesus will have eternal life.

“For the word of God will never fail.” Luke 1:37
