This is another original song written by me Kristen Faith.
I pray this encourages and strengthens you as you listen to each lyric. It was written during a very hard moment in my life and a friend sent me this chapter from Isaiah as encouragement. It spoke to me in a mighty way and inspired me to write this song. I hold it dear to my heart each time I share and hope it brings peace to all who hear it.
This is a song written at a very freeing moment in my life. It was a moment God came over my life and reminded me of my beauty. We are new creations in Christ and He loves us SO much.
I pray this song can minister to you as it did for me.
*Scripture Correction in Video- 1 Corinthians 5:19*
I was typing rather swiftly. However, again I hope you enjoy this song and your reminded of your precious Beauty!
Life has changed a great deal for Brandon Heath since the release of his 2008 sophomore album What If We. The success of that project, fueled by the massive No. 1 single “Give Me Your Eyes,” catapulted Heath into the consciousness of Christian music fans.
A new song I put together called "My Decree". The song talks about how I desire to do good and bring glory to God, but as Paul talks about in Romans Chapter 7, sin gets in the way and I end up doing the things I don't want to do. I think we fool ourselves into believing that we can somehow overcome sin by our own power, but the truth is that only the power of Jesus Christ can rescue us from sin and from certain death. I hope that this song speaks to you in a way that draws you closer to the almighty creator of all things.
A truck driver, racing to get home on Christmas Eve, decides to take a short cut on a mountain road...highway 329. Only to find himself trapped in a blizzard with a simple prayer. I wrote this song in 1989. It has been on the radio and many tapes were made. I had to re-master the original to the best of my ability. Merry Christmas and I hope you enjoy.
